One year ago today, Russia's war against Ukraine began. Meanwhile, more than 18 million people in the country are in need of humanitarian aid and protection. ASB, together with its country office and partner organizations, continues to support the people in need day after day. The support ranges from distributing food and hygiene items, disbursing cash for livelihood, rent or fuel and food, to providing psychosocial support for children and adults. So far, ASB was able to help more than 125,000 people. In doing so, ASB focusses on vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, families with many children and the elderly.
