Girls United Against Violence - Mass self-defense event in Tbilisi

ASB Georgia, in collaboration with its partners—UT, SSK, and the Judo Federation—organized a large-scale self-defense event titled “Girls United Against Violence” at the Judo Academy in Tbilisi.

The event featured a self-defense masterclass for Ukrainian and Georgian women and children, led by Georgia’s youngest judo champion, Giorgi Sardalashvili, alongside Tengo Zirakashvili.

“We taught the children self-defense techniques inspired by judo. These skills are invaluable in daily life because you never know what might happen on the street. They also help to boost children’s self-confidence. We had an amazing day with the kids,” shared Giorgi Sardalashvili after the session.

At the end of the event, each participant was presented with a certificate.

The next event will take place on Saturday, December 7th, at the Sports Palace in Batumi. Join us at 11:00 AM for another empowering experience!
