On October 17-21, ASB Georgia's staff took part in annual strategic workshop with the aim to develop 2-year strategic framework to cover knowledge, capacity and resources required to reach long term goals.
The staff took an active part in planned activities, sessions and team building exercises. As the result, the main objectives, future plans and goals were determined.
