Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) is one of the biggest and oldest German aid and welfare organization with more than one million members. Currently, ASB has 11 foreign offices and implementing programs in more than 20 countries. ASB, through its officially registered country office in Georgia, implemented several EU, German, and US government-funded projects related to: inclusive disaster risk reduction, provision of social services, improvement of economic and livelihood conditions, resocialization of persons in conflict with the law, confidence building, as well as humanitarian assistance to IDPs, conflict-affected population and other vulnerable groups, etc.
Project Finance Manager
Duration: One year contract with the possibility of extension
Location: ASB Office in Yerevan
Starting date: 01 December 2025
Report to : Regional Finance Director of ASB and Head of Armenia Office
Overall purpose of the role:
Under the supervision of the ASB Regional Finance Director and Head of Armenia Office , the Finance Manager will ensure that all financial functions within ASB Armenia, including moderate planning, analysis, accounting, payments & payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, grant financial management, and day-to-day tasks, and ensure compliance are done effectively and in a timely manner in adherence to ASB’s Internal Controls and support.

Conditions
Contract: ASB will offer the successful applicant a ASB’s Regular contract including 3-month probation. Salary and conditions will be in accordance with ASB’s Terms of Employment. The position is placed in Yerevan.
