5 Reasons Why Women Should Join Self-defense Intense Introduction Training (IIT) Course

In a world where safety is not always guaranteed, especially for women and children, the need for self-defense skills has never been more critical. ASB Georgia offers a free 5-hour self-defense Intense Introduction Training (IIT) course for Ukrainian and Georgian women and children. The course is designed to make participants more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that might occur in everyday life. Here are five reasons why women should join self-defense classes:

Safety and Protection: IIT trainings provide women with the skills and knowledge to protect themselves in dangerous situations. In a world where the threat of assault and violence is a daily reality, having the ability to defend oneself can be life-saving.

Building Confidence and Empowerment: Learning self-defense significantly boosts a woman's confidence. These classes teach practical skills that not only prepare women for physical confrontations but also enhance their mental fortitude. Women who train in self-defense feel more empowered, capable of handling various challenges, and more aware of their inner strength and potential.

Understanding Ways of De-escalation: Women will gain insights into how to defuse tense situations and prevent them from escalating into harmful confrontations. De-escalation is a verbal self-defense strategy aimed at avoiding altercations. The goal is to establish rapport and build a connection with an agitated person to defuse explosive anger. De-escalation can be especially useful when dealing with someone who is usually peaceable but facing unusual or extreme circumstances.

Shaping Future Generations and Connecting: By participating in self-defense classes, women set a powerful example for future generations. This fosters a culture where women are seen as strong, resilient, and capable. Additionally, women will have the opportunity to meet new people, share opinions, and build a more inclusive, solid, and friendly community.

A True Life Insurance Policy while traditional life insurance covers illnesses and accidents, self-defense is a form of real-life insurance that can protect women in immediate.

Joining our free self-defense trainings provides lifelong insurance in the form of enhanced self-confidence, useful self-defense, and de-escalation skills. Additionally, participants will connect with like-minded individuals in the host community, creating a network of support and solidarity. Self-defense training equips women to safeguard their lives and the lives of those who rely on them, providing peace of mind for everyone involved.
